The office is open 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.
When we are closed, your call will be answered by our communications centre who will pass on any messages you leave.
In an emergency one of our staff can be contacted 24 hours a day. Leave your number with the communications centre and the person on duty will ring you back as soon as they can.
